About the project

Zapovedny Ugolok residential neighborhood is under construction in NEAD in Zapovednaya street.

The new neighborhood is being developed in a quiet, remote place of the huge city, near the floodplain of the Yauza, between Sviblovo and Babushkinskaya metro stations. Some windows will face the main historic sight of the district, Protection of The Holy Virgin Mary Church.

This turret-type house has a number of unique consumer characteristics. It looks as impressive as monolithic houses, with its glazed walls, spacious recessed and semi-circular balconies, bay-windows but this house can be completed in a shorter time.
