[download] This Research is focused on Moscow Region, one of the most popular tourist zones in Russia . We review such aspects as recreation complexes classification, supply and demand analysis, analysis of accomodation costs and infrastructure facilities. Special attention is paid to residential real estate within recreation complexes. Moreover we identify the main trends and development prospects of the region.
This research is а part of the Russian Resorts: Main Trends and Development Prospects Survey prepared by Blackwood. Later on, researches of other resort and tourist zones, including the Black Sea Coast , Altay, Baykal, Golden Ring, etc., will be published.
