About the project
Chocolate Residential Complex is part of a unique development project of Taganka area, one of the most beautiful historic districts of Moscow.
The project was elaborated by one of the most sough-after and famous architects, Yuri Grigoryan and Meganom architectural bureau. Chocolate Deluxe Residential Complex has an eye-catching elegant architecture which makes this house a true work of art. It is not only a deluxe residential building but an entire multifunctional complex comprising:
- surface and underground multi-level garage;
- administrative block along the perimeter of the garage;
- two residential buildings for 42 apartments and five penthouses (A Building – 9 floors, 17 apartments and 2 penthouses and B Building – 7 floors, 20 apartments and 3 penthouses).
